Recepte is your personal negotiator. You tell it, directly or through the AI assistant you connect (Claude, ChatGPT, Grok or Gemini), what you need. It asks shops and providers for prices and brings you their offers. This page says what we keep and why.

What we collect

Your account: a first name, your WhatsApp number if you connect it, and a passkey if you set one up. No password.
What you want: the needs, preferences and budgets you or your AI pass to Recepte (for example "an espresso machine under €400, I like Italian brands"), the cards your agent makes from them and the photos you add to them.
Negotiations: the messages, calls and offers between your agent and shops.
Connected AI: which AI assistant you connected and the access tokens that let it reach your agent. We never see your conversations with that AI; we only receive what its Recepte tools send.
Email, only if you connect it: discount codes and offers your agent finds in mail you choose to share.
Technical data: logs of requests, kept briefly to run and secure the service.

What we never take

Recepte's tools tell your AI not to pass on health, relationships, beliefs, money trouble, children's private matters or other people's details, and the agent drops them if they arrive anyway.

What shops see

Shops see what is wanted (the item, the specs, the photos you added, a price), never who wants it. Your name, number and email are not shared with them. When you accept an offer, you choose how to complete it.

How we use it

Only to negotiate for you, show you offers and send you the messages you asked for. We don't sell your data and don't use it for advertising.

Who helps us run it

Anthropic and OpenAI (understanding requests and writing messages), Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and Twilio (WhatsApp and SMS), ElevenLabs (phone calls to shops), Resend (email), Bright Data (public shop and price information), Composio (email connection, only if you connect it), Stripe (payments) and Railway (hosting). Each processes data only to provide its part of the service.

Keeping and deleting

We keep your data while your account is open. Disconnect your AI or WhatsApp any time (send STOP on WhatsApp, or remove Recepte in your AI's connector settings). To delete your account and everything in it, write to daniel@recepte.co and we delete it within 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion, and object to any use, by writing to the address above. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
